3 Months:
Purchase Postage (take a complete sample invitation to post office to be weighed)
Send Envelopes to Calligrapher
Select and mail invitations for rehearsal diner
2 Months:
Mail invitation to arrive 6-4 weeks prior to wedding date
Address and stamp Wedding announcements
Arrange for someone to mail wedding announcements after wedding
1 Month:
Start tracking gifts and writing thank you’s
1-2 Weeks:
Determine final guest count from response cards
Contact guests who have not responded to avoid surprise guests
